Multiple product orders
If you place an order for multiple products, we strive to ship them all at once. However, if some products are not available at the time of shipment, we will send them as soon as they are back in stock, unless otherwise indicated by you.
Order acceptance policy

Out of stock products
We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Usually, products are shipped within 48 hours except on Sundays or any other public holidays. However, it may happen that the product you ordered is out of stock, which will delay the fulfillment of your order.
Before shipping your order, we will inform you of any ordered product that is out of stock or not available for immediate shipment. You have the right to cancel your order at any time before shipment.
International Packages, Customs, Duties, and “Return to Sender”
No taxes or customs formalities for customers with delivery addresses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and almost all European Union countries. Residents of other countries may also be exempt from taxes and customs formalities, but they must contact us first before making a purchase. For orders shipped outside the country of dispatch, you are solely responsible for all import duties that your local customs office may impose on your order. If a package is returned to KALCES due to the carrier’s inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to the delivery address you provided, KALCES will not refund:
- the shipping costs from KALCES to your location.
- the return shipping costs when and if the package is returned to KALCES.
If a package cannot be delivered due to the issues listed in this paragraph and the overall value of your order is less than the cost of returning the package to KALCES, KALCES may choose to “abandon” the package. If your package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund.

All parts are guaranteed for 2 years and the battery for 9 months.

Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects for 15 days from the date of receipt. Fulfillment errors that result in the shipment of incorrect products will also be accepted for return within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We may cancel your order whether or not it has been confirmed and your credit card charged. Shipping Policy
Shipping Times
We strive to provide you with an accurate estimate of delivery times, but we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date for your order. Delivery times provided by KALCES or any other third party are purely indicative and not contractual. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid potential delays due to shipping or product availability.
Please note that shipments by UPS and DHL do not benefit from guaranteed delivery times. In some cases, shipments may be rerouted. Packages that are misrouted or returned to the sender by mistake will not be reshipped until they have been received at our premises. We do our best to minimize delays and provide you with a satisfactory shopping experience.
Incorrect Address
Shipments will be sent to the address provided at the time of order on our website. If an incorrect delivery address is entered by the customer during checkout, KALCES cannot be held responsible. Please note that the delivery address you enter on our website takes priority over any address mentioned in the order comments or entered in PayPal.
In the event that additional charges must be incurred to reship packages due to address errors, these charges may be billed to the customer. Therefore, it is important to enter a valid address to avoid any delivery delays.
Please also note that KALCES reserves the right to cancel and refund any order showing indicators of stolen credit card use. To avoid such delays or order cancellations, we recommend that new customers purchasing high-value items pay via PayPal.

Repair Service
If you encounter an issue, please contact us via our contact form or email address. Do not send items before receiving a return authorization. We are here to help, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may encounter quickly.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship defects within 15 days from the date of receipt. Execution errors resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will also be accepted for a return within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange except under the warranty.
If you wish to return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging. Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning your purchase, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company. There may be some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item you are returning was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will find out about your return.
Return Address
We have warehouses in multiple locations around the world. For logistical reasons and for the benefit of our customers, a return address will be provided to you based on the country you are located in.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
